Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit will be required upon booking. If the client no-shows after 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time or cancels the appointment less than 24 hours beforehand they will lose the deposit. However, if the appointment is canceled before the 24 hour period the deposit is carried over to the next rescheduled appointment. Deposits are held for 1 month.
